Grievance Officer

This page is required under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

5.1 Grievance Officer

In accordance with applicable Indian law, ClearSteps has appointed the following Grievance Officer to address user complaints, grievances, and queries relating to: - Use of the Platform - Privacy and personal data - Content displayed or removed - Copyright takedown requests - Any other concern arising under our policies or applicable law

5.3 Grievance Process

To file a grievance, send an email to admin@clearsteps.co.in with: - Your full name and registered email address - A clear description of the grievance - Any supporting documents or screenshots - The remedy or action you seek

5.4 Resolution Timelines

In accordance with the IT Rules, 2021: - We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours of receipt. - We will resolve the grievance within 15 days of receipt. For data-protection-related grievances under the DPDP Act, 2023, if you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India through their designated portal.

5.5 Operating Hours

Grievances are processed Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, excluding national holidays. Grievances received outside these hours are deemed received the next working day.
