Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If our service does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within the terms below.

You may request a full refund within 2 calendar days of subscription purchase, provided that you have not accessed more than 25% of the subscribed content during this period. After the 2-day window, or after 25% content access, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases: - You have used more than 25% of the subscribed content. - You changed your mind after the 2-day window. - You are unable to use the Platform due to issues outside our control (e.g., your device, your internet connection, or unsupported software). - The subscription has been terminated due to your breach of the Terms & Conditions.

Email admin@clearsteps.co.in with: - Subject line: "Refund Request — [your registered email]" - Order ID or transaction reference - Reason for refund We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process it within 7 to 10 working days of approval.

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The reflection time depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5 to 14 working days.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to admin@clearsteps.co.in. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund for the remaining subscription period unless covered by Section 3.2.

If the Platform is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a fault on our side, you may request a pro-rata extension of your subscription or a refund covering the affected period.
